Can anyone provide a wiring diagram for the convertible (1985) master window switch or  the color coding scheme?  Thanks!!!

Sadly I couldn't find the convertible-specific diagrams in the '85 electrical service manual - the 'vert diagrams must be a supplemental piece - but maybe certain wire colors match from the non-'vert which could help you rule out what's what?

Celica the '84 Two-tone RA64 - Phase 2 In Progress! (159k); 1UZ-FE V8 Swap, W58 5-speed swap, Koni x Swift x T3 suspension, 6G Celica seat belts, TRD 2-way LSD, Corolla tape deck
Mia the '91 Miata - Revived Twice! (264k); BP-5A 1.8L swap, an NB in NA clothes
Lude the '95 Prelude Si - The Tweaker Queen (237k)
Lilith the '94 Legend GS - Blown HG (152k)

This may help in the long run but upon further investigation it seems the problem goes beyond the windows.  The gauges weren’t working and I thought a separate issue but I have discovered the windows, the gauges, the top, the AC blower are all not working and were up until recently.  I did replace the 7.5 amp fuse I believe the gauge fuse (the first fuse on the left behind the drivers side kick panel). The car is at the shop and I can’t verify that it is marked as gauge but iirc that’s what it was marked.

I have confirmed that the fuse I replaced was the gauge fuse and I attempted to reset the 30A Power CB. Is the CB a plug in typed device that I can unplug to further trouble shoot?

Great! And yes, you can remove the CB to do a standalone test.
