Convertible Roof loud vibration

1998 GT. The faster I drive, the louder it vibrates. The clamps feel tight and good. I have advice to get new suspension. Anyone here with experience of this issue?

Most of us here have 1982-1985 Celicas, very few convertibles. I do have a Miata, and don't usually have this issue. Is there anything loose in the top frame itself? Hopefully another vert owner can chime in. :)
