3rd Gen Celica Transmission Question

Hi, i was wondering what manual transmission the celica's use. I have a Automatic and i plan on swaping the tranny for a manual and i need to know the tranny code.

Bridge if you go with the 4age conversion, I dont see any problems with the T50 fitting, but beware of its internal weaknesses (went thru a few of them)  I think there was someone selling a W58 conversion kit to fit the 4age on www.club4ag.com   If I am correct it was JSPEC. Check into it, it will save you in the long run.  By the way the Caribbean market got an AA65 (4age powered)

I think one of my Toyota buddies had or still has that bell housing to fit either the 18RG or the 4AGE onto the W58.

My problem is that i currently have an automatic and i want to convert my car to maual at the same time as my enigne swap. So it makes no difference to me if i'll have to use a whole different tranny. Also, i think the T50 might be better for the 4AGE because its got close ratio gears and the 4AGE sure does rev up quick too.
