I've e-mailed toysport twice about that kit but silence is the most common return I get from them!

In my experience and from what I have seen around they dont seem to be the best at customer service. If anyone has had success with them please post

I ordered once from them, ok service...Whoever handles emails kinda sucks, I hate getting one word answers, even if it is a yes/no question...Its nice to get a bit of info.  But they are prompt with emails.

I think I got screwed on my panda paint job...

I had wanted to buy a bell housing from them, and called to get some info from them and asked if they were busy, nope, ok I need some info on this particular set up and do you have the part in stock. Too busy all of a sudden

Yeah, for me when I order anything on line or over the phone, I usually don't care about the price as long as their customer support is A++.  If they give me all the info I need and then some, I wouldn't mind spending a lil extra dough over a cheaper website.

In my industry, i have always strived to make sure anyone that buys from me is educated about what they are getting themselves into. Sometimes people buy from others then come to us for help. I always give free advice if bought somewhere else, and free technical help if bought from me. Unfortunately, most businesses dont operate this way, and I do not think it is right to treat the consumer like that
