You should get a turbo header with the turbo kit, as for the rest of the exhaust 2.5 inch or higher would be good for turbo. You should choose your muffler on your own opinions, how you'd like your celica to sound.

I agree with TRD. Keep in mind that a NA header and turbo header are different. Also you want to have 1"of pipe for every 100hp, so I would go 3" if possible. Alittle on the optomistic side, but atleast you wouldnt have to redo it when you start to make the big power. Plus a bigger pipe will help your turbo to spool up faster and flow better

Work on your suspension first Celicasrule, you will regret it when you are making 200+ hp on stock suspension.
