Ultimate Paint Code Thread

Here is the chart of color for the US-Spec Celica from 1982-1985.  If you see an error please post it here and I will correct the page and graphic ASAP.  You can upload a photo of your car by clicking on the graphic, then clicking on the appropriate camera icon next to your color.

If you need me to update the chart please post your model year (or production date), color code and a description or photo of your car.  For now this is for US-Spec cars only, I will add other countries in the future.

Well, I can't upload a picture of my car because you don't have my paint code listed. It's a November of '83 model year 1984 Celica in Terra Cotta. Paint code is 3D9

Cool... I added Terra Cotta to the list -- assuming that it ran for two years 84-85.  I also uploaded the photo of your car for you, but feel free to add others if you have them.

Camera icon next to the color name.  Very small, easy to miss.

Mine's already there under (391) Red.

Those little camera icons are still really easy to overlook, even when I know what to look for!

Nope, not in the VIN itself.  On the VIN plate on the firewall.  The line across the bottom is Color/Trim - Trans/Axle.
