Nice but I think the 3rd gens look so much better. Plus for 7k I should have at least that much power. Right?

Well the turbo kit is 2500, then the connecting rods are 750, need some pistons, oil pump, water pump, bearings, cam, ported head, cam seals, timing chain, etc

Do you now see how easy it is to see your money disappear, and this is taking it that your friends arent busy on the days you want to work on your car  ;)

In other parts of the world they don't have the same retarded mentality as Americans and many sports cars are hatchbacks. Now I'll agree a Civic DX is not a sports car but an SI or Type R is more of a sports car then our pathetically slow Celicas.

Our celicas have the potential of beating a Type R for a fraction of what someone pays for one. And i dont consider a SI a sport car... I'm sorry...

my celica eats SIs for breakfast lunch and dinner, and i have yet to find a real Type R (lame ass riceboys...) so i dont know how well i would fare there... actually i know i would lose in the straight line, but i would probably catch up in the twisties.

hmmmmm, but how much do they cost? with the cost of an integra type R i could easily pimp out my celica to beat it.

Heh, yep, no problem being able to pimp out a celica to beat that for ~18k... (considering a $2000 car price)

all you'd have to do is get the celica up to about 250 HP(easy with turbo kit for around $4,000) then some mild weight reductions... and a LSD and z rated tires for good luck!
