The R34 looks better R34>R35

Yes Toyota need to import some of there better cars. From what I read they(Toyota) has a Corolla in Europe that is a hatchback but with the Celica GT-S engine.
Yes the Celica need RWD and more troque+lower price or bring back the Supra.
This so funny last night at work I was thinking the same thing. I want a new RWD Celica are a new GT-4 at a good price(say 24kmax)

But hey atleast Toyota has not ruinned the Celica like Mitsubishi did with the Eclipse.  If Toyota said it sale the AE-86 agian, I would rob a bank today and buy one tomorrow. Or put a turbo back in the MR-S.
In the 80s Toyota had Four Sports car to pick from AE-86 Celica GT-S, All-Tracs/Gt-4s, Supra and the Mr-2, One for every price range plus a Mid-engine car. There was only one other car company to make a small mid-engined sports car here in the US and that was a peice of shit.

This may be treason but if Nissan brought back the 240sx/Siliva(for 18K) I would think about buying one, like test drive one everyother day.  FWD sucks ass.
Toyota is awesome... they are the best car company... I liked them more because of their 80's cars and i think they should take some tip's from their 80's designers and engineers... but they still make good cars. i mean, they make the MR-S with handeling only found in porsche and lotus... thats crazy. And at least toyota still sells a mid-engined rwd car.

but i get worried sometimes. I dont see enough MR2-S's on the roads or celicas... i hope toyota doesnt think no one likes them and stops making them... because the real problem is that they cost way to much for the people who want them. The 80's is when Toyota was freakin awesome... like i said, i think they should take some pointers and look at what they did to get people to buy their cars back then.

Although... and MKII supra would have set you back around $17,000 and a MKIII celica about $12,000-$13,000 so estimate how much those would cost in today's world and they'd be close to the price of the new MR2 and Celica.

The cars of the 80s were alittle ahead of their league. The present cars are just followers. There isnt a Toyota out there that invokes emotions right now. I remember the first time I drove an S2000, you could tell this car was different. Same when I drove my first Celica, the AE86, the 300ZX and a few others.  They were different. You could feel it in the engine. What good is a sports car without some sports in it. Might as well own a Yugo GTV (turbo)
