Created Two New Forum Features

Well I did some more custom programming and we have two new features to show for it.

Changes:
  • Added online status indicator to forum topics and pm views.
  • Added "Last Seen" information to member profiles.
  • Disabled the anonymous login feature. Now all online members should be visible.
  • Disabled the Moderators Forum.
