Let me know what you think. It's all stock. 226,000 miles. About to get some rims for it, just don't know which. I've had it for 3-4 years now. Bought it for $300 at a local police impound tow yard. :D

Pretty clean, But why do you have a GT badge? '83s never came with GT-S badges?

Yea, 82/83 GT could come with the "sport" package, which basically made it a GTS.

they didnt actually think of the GTS as a separate model until 84, until then it was just a GT with the sport package.

ya and in 82 GT-S didn't even have the IRS so it was mainly a "Sport Appearance Package"......at least 83's had IRS, only lacking the 4 wheel disc

I always wish i could get lucky like you and find nice ass or rare toyotas for cheap... but i never do... well actually i found my AE86 in somones yard that had the LSD, stock spoiler, and stock sunroof with new JDM 4AGE for $500... but the catch is, its been totaled and will need frame work to get it back on the roads. and now that i'd rather have my celica or a supra over the ae86 i'm selling it.

It needs rims tho....what do you guys recommend? Centerlines?...the stockers are getting boring.....

you dont like the GTS/Supra wheels? they are very good wheels... 7" wide... aluminum... i think you should keep the stock look... and plus those wheels are very good stock wheels too.

But if you must, i'd suggest looking for something 80's like a 3 piece aluminum wheel or somthing.

look on ebay under "AE86". Most people sell the cool wheels that fit our toyotas under "AE86".

I don't know if mine were from the 80s, but there was a guy on ebay selling em a while back that were flawless. Ebay is you best bet for wheels...Or try contacting Jspec, they can usually get you anything.
