Merry Christmas! And A Happy New Year!
« on: Dec 25, 2006, 12:42:58 pm »
Merry Christmas!

Here is another custom title day. Well, maybe a custom title week. Anyone with 100 or more posts may create a custom title that will display in place of your regular forum (rank based) title.

To enter your custom title, go to "Edit Profile info" in the control panel and enter the desired title in the "Custom member title" box. But, if you do change your title be sure to pick a good one, I will disable the custom title feature on new years day.

I probably should have said this in the first post. My bad. However, the titles "Administrator" and "Moderator" are off limits in any form. Those titles are the single reason that custom titles will never be left on permanently.

I dont want new/uninformed members to mistake someone as an admin or mod.

All fine.

and moderately admininstering?
Id shy away from that one. :P But I wouldn't have deleted it. Just avoid variations on the words "Administrator" and "Moderator". I am simply worried about people getting confused about who are the admins/mods. Since these titles suggest that a person officially speaks for Celica-GTS.com.

No prob :D  Like I said, my bad, I should have added that small caveat to the original post.
