Cars ive owned
73 dodge dart swinger (first car ive owned and still havent ever drove it  working on changing that)
73 dodge dart custom (would have still had it if i wasent young and stupid)
84 chevy caprice (this car made me hate the 700r4 tranny. had it a year tops then sold it)
85 celica (hopefully keeping her forever if i can keep from being taken out by bad drivers.)

Parts cars ive owned
76 hang 10 feather duster. for 200 bucks and i had a 4 speed setup for the dart  (hang 10 stuff was long gone. lightwieght hood and trunk was gone. It was also rotted to death)
84 celica made a ton of money off a free car. guessing 300-400 and ive still got parts left.

Yeah, I got started young. The '90 that was my grandmother's I fell in love with long before I could drive, it was the reason I got a '91 for my first car.

I updated mine.

In order:

1981 Toyota Tercel Coupe
1981 Toyota Tercel HB
1982 Honda Civic
1994-95? Dodge Caravan (bought for room for stereo ;))
1992 Honda Accord (POS, cost me lots of money besides initial purchase <_<)
1983 Olds Ciera (converted from diesel to tuned-port 3.8L V6... I miss the power >_<)
11976 Dodge 1/2 ton
21981 Cadillac DeVille
31984 Toyota Celica GT liftback
1981 Cadillac DeVille (hey, it's a Caddy. With a big block 6.0L)
*1985 Toyota Celica liftback GT-S
*2009 Ford Ranger 4x4 Sport
*1985 Toyota Celica GT-S liftback (collector tagged)
*1984 Toyota Celics GT coupe

* = still have, and running... the others are long gone

1Bought this truck off of a friend who was moving for $60. Had a broken driver's window, rebuilt 318. Could do one-tire-fires all day long, lol. The frame rotted though and it was scissoring in the middle between the bed and cab. I miss that truck.
2Parts car. My god, this car was a piece of crap. Used the engine out of it in my other Caddy which I bought with an engine that spun a bearing.
3Parts car. Owner drove it into the side of her parent's house. I did drive it for a while until I found out the structure was pretty bent.

My first Celica is the car I've owned the longest (by far). I bought it in 2004.

I actually went to see what my truck was worth on a trade. It's 8 years old with less that 50k miles/ 80k km on it. I was told between 10-14k. I was surprised it hold the value that well, I only paid 18k for it new.
SELECT celica FROM toyota WHERE year<=1985;

1985 GT-S
-Rebuilt engine: bored .020 over, oversize valves, new cam
-Thorley header w/heated O2 sensor at collector & all new exhaust
-Impact6 strut bar
-3.9LSD rearend, which is now slipping
-Lots of bodywork and new paint!
-New cd player to cover up all those squeaks and rattles
-JK short-throw shifter

I ran 1/3rd mile asphalt. I probably could have gotten away with a 7.5" MK1 "Celica" Supra rear end, but not a Ford.

I'm kinda upset actually, the 89 had an 8.8", and I thought about ripping it out, but it was an open diff with drum brakes, and my dad drove the poor old thing to the junk yard, which he couldn't have done if I had. Then we got the '94 going, and it really needs a limited slip, it spins a tire in the snow bad - but I just found out it's got a 7.5"! If I'd saved the rear from the '89, it and the speedo gears would have bolted right in, and I could have dropped an explorer lsd into it.

And my dad's had a LOT more Aerostars. His first one was an '86 cargo van with a 2.3L and standard, and he had that thing forever. He's had 3 other 3.0L standards (one of which I did a lot of my permit driving in), and at least 4 more 3.0L autos. I think the oldest aside from the first was a '92, newest was a '96. Most of the autos have suffered tranny failure, but the '86 cracked the cylinder sleeve, one of the 3.0L standards he crashed in the snow (he came over a hill to find another car stopped in the middle of the road), and another one had a fuel leak and caught fire. I don't remember the fate of the third one, probably a cracked head.

Ooh the 2.3 Lima and the 3.0 Vulcan. A bit of trivia: the 3.0 Duratec was used to make Aston martin's v12! And that motor was originally a Porsche design.

Ok this will date me somewhat but here goes in the order that I bought them:
'64 Ford Falcon
'64 Ford F100 pick up
'69 Nova 2 door
'83 Celica GTS Coupe manual - This was my favorite.  Bought it in '85 with 13,000 miles on it.  Drove it to 145,000 and sold it due to a growing family.  Sure wish I'd never sold it though!
'90 Plymouth Voyager (see note about growing family)
'75 Chevy Blazer
'71 Ford F-100 pick up with a 429 - Bought it for $200 because it ran like crap, found out the plug wires were wrong for the firing order ran like a top after that.
'96 Ford Explorer
'98 Ford F-150 pickup
'83 Celica GTS Hatchback manual (still have it)
'90 Pontiac Lemans - for son #1 to start out driving in
'92 Honda Accord - for son #2 to start out driving in.  Son #1 now has it going strong at 235,000 miles
'97 Toyota 4 Runner (still have it)  Going strong at 284,000 miles

In '96 I started my current job which includes a company pickup that I can use for personal use also so haven't had to buy an expensive vehicle since.  I've had about 6 pickups since then but I didn't own any of them.

Also have owned a lot of motorcycles, currently that list includes a 1971 Kawasaki G4TR Trail Boss 100 cc enduro, '85 Yamaha IT200 dirt bike, '93 Honda CR250R dirt bike, '03 Kawasaki KX125 dirt bike, '88 Harley Heritage Softail Classic, 2002 Harley Electra Glide Classic.
1983 Celica GTS Liftback - links to pics here:
