I've been havin roomate issuses. he hasn't payed me his rent in about 13 months now. he's gonna  be on his ass after next week bcz the new house  is about done from the fire rebuild.

I've been trying to avoid that with my current housemate. He's constantly a month behind the rent but I don't let it slide any more than that.  That's the type of thing that can really put strain on a friendship too (if you're friends with your roomie at least).
